Do I get Unlimited Mileage?
We offer unlimited mileage for car hire across all the Maltese Islands.

Can I pay for my rental in cash?
Yes

How Do I Cancel My Booking?
If you wish to cancel your reservation you can email us info(at)rabatgarage.com or telephone us. We will not apply a cancellation charge if you cancel one month or more prior to your booking.

I have held my Driving Licence for less than 1 year, can I still hire from you?
Sorry, all hirer's must have held a full driving licence for 1 year or more

What is the upper and lower age limit to hire from you?
Our standard lower age limit is 25 however we can accommodate hirer's from 21. Our upper age limit is 75 years of age. If you are over 75 please bring a medical certificate and a copy of your car insurance - for clarification please contact us

I am arriving at an Airport how do I collect my vehicle?
Pick up procedure will be contained on your rental confirmation

How do I receive my booking confirmation?
You will be sent an email shortly after making your reservation to the email address supplied when your booking was made. If you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of making your reservation please contact us.

Do you accept both Mastercard & Visa?
Yes. There is a 3% service charge.

What documents will I need to bring?
A valid driving licence and if you are over 75 years old a medical certificate and a copy of your car insurance.

Is there a Deposit payable?
No, we simply take a Pre-Authorization from your card of 700 euro for all standard vehicles. 7 & 8 Seater Vehicles the Pre-Authorization Amount is 800 euro. Should you decide to take our Daily Excess Waiver option, this can be reduced to 350. If you have any questions regarding the Pre-Authorization please contact us.
